I planned a trip to at a last moment to Colorado for a long Memorial Day weekend. While on the way I looked and called the hotel near the destination. So here comes the story of this place This place is a nightmare for anyone looking for honest and reliable service. Here's why: Deceptive Early Check-In: Called their central customer support for early check-in. They LIED, saying the hotel allows it and would even refund me if denied. Guess what? The front desk refused! Customer Service Lies: Called customer support back, expecting them to help. Shockingly, they claimed they couldn't "force" the hotel and "cancelled" my reservation (supposedly with no charge). Complete BS! Surprise Charge! Days later, I discovered a $324 charge for the "no-show" room! Bait and switch at its finest! Zero Accountability: Contacted customer service again, only to be told to wait a week for a possible resolution. This is unacceptable! Now, I wait for the resolution of their mistake, and I have to spend over an hour calling back and forth. It's a waste of time, and I think maybe after a week, I might have to take this with the credit card company as well. So, remember Riverside Inn will give you false information and hit you with bogus charges. Don't waste your time and money on this deceptive establishment. There are plenty of other hotels that value honesty and customer service.Customer response

This is the feedback from them on my review and still not giving me resolution. When I call to hotel, they said they can't do anything and need to call corporate number and when I call corporate number, they say me to call hotel because it's their property.
Another screenshot is to show that I booked another hotel in same location which allowed me to do early check in and thats where I took my business. If I have authorized this Riverside Inn (operated under Wyndham), why would I book another hotel room and stay with them.
