            Refund and Exchange Policy

            • Services are by appointment only and normally scheduled weeks in advance.  As this time is reserved
              exclusively for each client, it is necessary to charge for appointments that are not canceled at least 48 hours in
              advance.  In the event of an emergency, special consideration may be given regarding the cancellation policy.

              There is no charge for any session cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
