We purchased sleeping bags from Wiggy's. We followed the provided care instructions for the bags. One completely opened at one seam and is unusable from the initial wash and dry. The second one has wear/burn marks on the fabric from same (we washed this one first). The third is still in it's packaging as we did not want to have the same issue occur. We tried to obtain a refund and send the items back. *****, the owner, has been confrontational and refuses to work with us. He told the credit card company that he would provide us with a ***** pickup and would give us a refund. He now refuses to speak with us, return emails, or schedule the pickup. When I did speak with him, he yelled into the phone that he "had one financial transaction with [me] and this is over". Afterwards he would decline my phone calls. I called from a different number and he indicated that he would no longer be willing to provide a ***** pickup and he would not agree to refund until he got the bags and made his own determination. He is failing to uphold his agreement between myself and the credit card company. He is acting in a wholly unprofessional manner and I believe that if I spend the money to send the bags back that he will just refuse to send a refund and I will be out even more money than I originally spent.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
The credit card company closed the dispute because the owner of Wiggy's indicated he would accept the return and refund. He is now refusing to provide a label and accept the return. He went back on his word after the credit card company closed the dispute and we are now out of options with the company.Regards,
