      I had a bad experience as well. Always feel uncomfortable when I go.I had a groupon, first time seemed to go fairly smooth using the coupon, however second time I went they said there would be an extra charge. She said "Five forty nine" which means five dollars and forty nine cents when you say it like that. They charged be Five-Hundred and Forty nine twice. She never mentioned the word "Hundred" at all!! nor did she explain in detail of the charges. The first time I never noticed because I was in a hurry to get back to work. Second time I noticed when I got home what the receipt said. I emailed about this mistake, no one has returned my call or email. I feel scammed. The communication with the front is terrible, almost as if they need more training on cost and how to explain it to customers. I was mislead. I am so upset, I never would agree to that much. upon reading the ****** reviews, I am not the only one that experienced pricing issues and them charging more.

      Thank you for bringing Ms. ******** experience to our attention.

      Ms. ******** first visit to our office was on May 8, 2024. She purchased our $150 Groupon for Tirzepatide, a medical weight loss medication. Tirzepatide is administered as a weekly injection over four weeks, with the dosage increasing monthly for those continuing the program over an additional five months. The Groupon she purchased included a consultation with our provider and the first months dosing of 2.5mg injected subcutaneously weekly, either in our office or at home, for four injections. The program was thoroughly explained to her before and after the consultation, and she agreed to and signed our consent form for taking her injections home.

      Ms. ******** second visit was on June 25, 2024. She bought another Groupon for the same deal and wanted to proceed with the second months dosing of 5mg injected weekly for four weeks. We explained that the Groupon only covers the first months dosing of 2.5mg. To accommodate, we offered to credit her $150 towards our regular pricing of $699, reducing her cost to $549. Our pricing list is clearly visible on a large monitor at the front desk to avoid any confusion. She signed our consent form for take-home injections and used her credit card to pay the $549, signing the credit card receipt as well.

      Her third visit was on July 22, 2024. Once again, she purchased another Groupon and wanted the third months dosing of 7.5mg injected weekly for four weeks. We offered to credit her $150 Groupon towards the regular cost of $699, bringing her discounted rate to $549. She agreed, we took her vitals, answered her questions, had her sign our consent form for taking home the injections, and charged her $549. She signed the credit card receipt. According to our medical assistant, who assisted ****************** at each visit, she never seemed upset or rushed during any office visit.

      We strive to be transparent in every aspect of our programs to ensure patient safety and satisfaction. We regret that ****************** had a negative experience. Unfortunately, once medication leaves our office, we cannot take it back or refund the purchase.

      Oh and to the responses of his medical assistant said I didnt seem rushed.  
      This is another example of why she is terrible at her job, she had to take my blood pressure 3 times because is was over 140/90. She doesnt even understand ********************* and how stress and pain is very subjective. as a ******* ********** should know that. The medical assistant is not qualified to assess me at all. They have no right to put worlds and feelings in my mouth or speak for me. This is totally unacceptable.

      On June 20, 2024, I went into the clinic for a maintenance dose of semaglutide. In the office the staff quoted me $199.50 for 2 maintenance shots of the medication and did NOT at any point distinguish that there was a difference in price based on dose. I received the 2 shots, paid the fee, and would happily return to the clinic for additional maintenance doses until now. I received a call this week (almost a month later) letting me that their staff misquoted the amount for the 2 shots and that I was expected to pay an additional $100. I called the clinic and spoke to a staff member who became hostile when I informed her that I would not be paying the additional $100 and I would be happy to speak with the office manager. The staff member refused to provide the name of the clinics manager/owner. As a long-time patient of this clinic, I would expect them to honor the price quoted and drop their request for an additional $100.

      I ordered a prescription for segmalitude injections for $300. I called the office to confirm and had an online appointment. I asked when they would be shipped and was told could very based on the Holiday. I purchased on 12/20. I called on 12/24 as I had not received a shipping confirmation or tracking number. I was told there was none and that someone would call me back. Nobody called back and I followed up after the holidays. I was then provided a tracking number on 1/2 that it had been delivered on 12/26 at mailbox. It was never delivered to me and a filied a claim with ***** There was no proof of delivery or signature required on $300 pharmaceutical product that requires refrigeration. Called and was told no refund and they will not send out another order. Asked for managers number and they would not provide a phone number, but a call back. On 1/3 I called back as I did not receive a call. The office told me manager told them they aren't doing anything about it. I said I need to speak to a manager or schedule a time and they told me that a manager would call me.

      We find it unexpected to receive this complaint, considering we have already presented two reasonable solutions to ******************** - a full refund or the option to collect her injections from our office.  We are unable to resend more medication via mail, as our tracking indicates the delivery of her original package.

      They have not contacted me but I will accept a refund. I dont feel comfortable after this going into their office. How do I get the refund?

      I just need to mention this is a lie. They have not called me back or emailed me. 

      They wont speak to me, Ive called twice. They have my email and phone. Ill accept a refund however they have not tried for resolution, can they provide you documentation that they have or how do I make sure they arent just lying?

      Hello, I sent a response back. Im not sure why it says I have not. I have not received any communication or refund from this company. I tried to call them and they said Manager would call me back and nobody has communicated with me by phone or email or letter. I have not received a response. I will gladly take reimbursement, but they have not reimburse me.
