Consova sent a letter about verifying eligibility for my spouse about 5 months after we started coverage. We uploaded and mailed our marriage certificate, then were told they needed more documents after the fact. So, we are here after the given deadline trying to rectify the issue after being on hold for over an hour.Business response

Consova provides many avenues to communicate with our clients employees who are participating in a Dependent Eligibility Verification. Employees are contacted by physical mail and email as they go through the process. Employees can also contact Consova via online tool, fax, mail, and phone with a live ****************************** to assist them with their verification. This employee was provided two months to submit valid documentation, unfortunately, invalid documentation was submitted. The employee contact Consova the day after this complaint was filed and provided the next steps to verify the spouse.

Consova sent me a letter stating they need to verify my wife to continue benefits from the company I retired from which is SEPTA. The website they provided me does not work when I attempt to do the "employee login": http://www.Consova.com/septa and the only phone number they provided ************** does not pickup. They say the deadline is June 15th, 2022 but both their link and their phone number work and say if I do not comply, my wife's coverage will be terminated. I have had two strokes and my hands are tied.Business response
