      Purchased a Half-moon multicolor koi Betta 1 on 2/26/2023.Arrived on 3/1/2023.Paid $40 for the fish and $19.48 for shipping 2 day ground/or air per recommendation of website for live guarantee. **** was dead on arrive, business owner, put a heat pack in the box that she was shipping to ******* *******, the fish was boiled in the bag is the temperature was over 100 in with no longer register on the thermometer. I was asked if I wanted to add heat pack at check out and I declined. Via ******** business messenger owner admitted that she should not have done that.We had dialogue going back-and-forth since Wednesday when the fish arrived, and it went from very apologetic that she was going to make things right to you slowly putting me on the back burner. I finally sent her this message below and asked for my shipping being refunded, regardless of her shipping refund policy since she admitted that she killed the fish with the heat pack, and one against what I requested. The owner then responded negatively and was blocked with no resolution. She has refunded the price of the fish, but not for the two day shipping and I would like my two day shipping refunded.I will attach as many photos as it allows.I want a full refund not a partial refund because business owner admitted fault in the fishes death. I also have video of the entire unboxing from beginning to end to include watching the thermometer register so high it couldnt go higher

      There was no option to add a heatpack. I made that mistake and admitted it.  I refunded her for the fish and offered her another option that was the closest to the fish that was sent.  She stated she wanted a fish that was already sold and more expensive than her original. I told her I would see what else I have.  She then messaged me demanding a refund for shipping even though she read my policy that shipping is non refundable. I upgraded her shipping since the one she selected wasn't suitable. Costing me 35 dollars.  I didn't mind,  I wanted the fish the arrive safely and not get lost in the mail.  I refunded her for the fish and was going to send her a new one free of charge.  She was never blocked nor put on the back burner. Never responded back to my messages.
