2/28/2022 approx 4:15pm I purchase from this business frequently. I have had 2 incidents regarding a dispute over product pricing, placement, and employee's knowledge of inventory. This establishment has many great employees who I have positive interactions with. This store sells single cans of beer and wine coolers, I have had multiple employees honor a certain price product when buying certain items. a specific severally obese employee has been very aggressively telling not just me but other customers that the other employees are wrong, and that he is the one who set the prices. This is not necessarily my complaint as I know employee and prices disputes are handled differently this is just for some context. the following is my complaint. upon the 2nd incident When the severally obese employee told me he would not be honoring the price of the previous owner, and that he would not serve me. the severally obese employee then became obviously angered and came out from behind the counter as if he was going to physically touch me (would would have triggered a lawsuit) I did nothing to have such a reaction. At this point I requested to speak with the manager/owner ****. Who I have spoken with numerous times, and he has always said if you ever have a problem with an employee talk to me and I'll straighten it out. The severally obese employee told me he wasn't there. He then yelled get out, this was in front of numerous other customers. I stated to the severally obese employee I wanted the owners contact information. And if he would not give it to me I would come back in to contact owner. he said I'm always here and laughed. The obese employee still refused. Once he saw the other customer were watching he went back behind the counter. I left the store, and then called the store to see, if the owner was actually there. The obese employee of course answered, when I requested the owner's contact info he again said no, and hung up. **** should be made aware
