      Rude and incompetent sales team. Sent a letter with interest in buying a car we want to sell, then offered thousands less after endless runaround and not keeping appointment when we made time to go in. Others have similar experiences. Stay away from this place if you like being treated fairly and respectfully.

      The ****** Way: 14 Management Principles from the World's Greatest Manufacturer by ****************************. Please read Mr. ******* are not enough characters allowed here for a full review. That review can be found in several other review platforms. I went to this dealership one time. They were rude and took misinformation and used it against me just like an autocracy's propaganda machine. They would not honor a ****** warranty. They flat said it was a 3rd party warranty and even though it was sold to ** by ****** they would not honor it. I said, "no wonder people go postal and 3 hours later after coming back for the appointment **********. the service manager who was not present when I made the statement called the police. He was visibly upset when I ask him to hold for a second because I was on the phone with ****** Headquarters. That's when he told to leave and he called the police. I was on the phone with ****** for other reasons. (a 31k insurance claim that was filled at a different ****** dealership). Had nothing to do with Turner ******. The owner, *************** up on me immediately. Totally unbelievable how far this family owned and ran business is from "The ****** Way". They should not be allowed to sell ******s. **** Turner's dad would be ashamed of him for not listening to a customers side of the story. Instead, he immediately sided with an employee who is also a family member. They live within a mile of each other. And the Service/General Manager just like the **** K review below was rude and flat out lied about what I said. He was not even present. And please roll the tape. Yes, I was upset because of an 8 month wrestling match with ****** dealerships and poor workmanship. But at no time did I direct this frustration at an employee or anyone else present. In fact, customers in the waiting room with me were laughing at ******'s ineptness and said they hope that it did not happen to them and wished me good luck.

      On Sunday August 21 our van would not turn on after a rest stop, and we had it towed to this dealership. We noticed that a fuse had fallen out onto the drivers side floor and told the service department this on Monday. They contacted us at the end of the day and told us that the mechanic, ******, had not been able to determine the issue but that it was electrical. On Monday we went over there and again mentioned to ****** if he had been able to check the fuse, and he said that a fuse was definitely not what was causing the issue. On Tuesday we received a call asking if it was ok to remove everything including the carpet out of the van so ****** could check the electrical system. We came over and decided to not continue with the repairs and asked for ****** to put the car back together so we could tow it back home. On Tuesday evening we went over to the dealership and put in a fuse and the car started. The brakes however were malfunctioning at that time which was not an issue when we brought it in. We came in on Wednesday and asked to speak to the service manager, ***************************. He came out and asked us very aggresively:"What do you want". We requested to speak to him in his office. He was hesitant but then let us in. We told him the story and he told us to remove our vehicle from his property. There was no apology, he simply told his secretary to zero out the bill since we refused to accept the service they provided. When we were able to find another mechanic to fix the brake system, he told us that ****** had disconnected the hose to the brake system, which seemed strange since it had nothing to do with the electrical issue which ****** was supposed to be fixing.
