I stayed inpatient at this facility, and since then I have been receiving bills from them (expected), but they have not provided receipt for payment of my bills. I now do not know the total amount I owe, and they keep sending me bills when customer service has assured me that I have a $0 balance. I called them asking for receipt and acknowledgment that all debt was paid off. I was given the run around and transfer between two different people stating that it wasn't their job, and they could not help me. I kept getting transferred for 2 hours with no resolution.1. I need to know my total expected balance. 2. I need to know why when I paid off my previous balance ($609.75), I was then told I have a $0 balance only to have a letter sent months later stating I owe $259. I have not had any additional services from this company to warrant new charges. 3. I want my receipt for when I paid my original balance ($609.75) sent to my address and email.4. I want a letter stating my debt was paid to this company to my address and my email.5. I want a letter explaining why and how I incurred a $259 bill when I was assured by a company representative that my account balance was $0. This letter should include why the company was unable to send me a receipt of payment for my first payment of ~$609.75. I intend I file a FOI for my account information monthly balances from Dec22 - present and retain a lawyer if the company cannot resolve this issue.
