Paid Flow Right $2600 to fix plumbing problem and still not fixed. Have contacted them several times and still not fixed. I paid them in good faith and no result as of yet. The. Invoice received was not detailed on parts and labor for this job. I contacted Pueblo Regional and Flow Right did not pull a permit.Review from Cindy M

When my water line broke, I was told the lines were to old to repair and they would only replace them. It cost me over $9,700 to do the job. When they connected the new lines through a small hole big enough for 1 hand to fit and turned on the water, the line blew off creating a new leak because the line wasn't attached properly. It was a leak outside they said and quoted another $5,000 ti replace the exterior lines. When they pulled out the old lines, the pipe was in good shape and barely corroded on the outside. They refuse to address the any of the problems of running lines outside of walls, behing my stove, where it can't be placed back on its built in pedestal, charged for replacing everything when it could have been repaired and charged me to remove all the old pipes which are still under my house. The job isn't finished and they are already harassing me about paying the remaining $2,500. There was no outside leak and I was there when they turned the water back on. All I get are conflicting stories and backtracking when I call them on their lies. This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. They took advantage of a disabled female veteran and should be ashamed of themselves. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, NOR USE THEM MYSELF AGAIN!When they did any work, even replacing the concrete there has been lousy work. My hate was put back in and even the hinge doesn't close because they placed the poles too close. I recommend anyone needing water line repairs, call a different company.Review from Terrance H

I needed my kitchen faucet replaced after the old one had been in service for about 27 years (since the house had been built). I called one company that wanted to charge me something like 630 dollars (maybe taking 100 dollars off). And I had never heard of the brand of faucet that was to be installed. I cancelled them and had Flow Right do the job.*************************** of Flow Right did the installation and I think he is a really outstanding employee. Even though the faucet was installed after normal business hours and a higher labor rate the cost was less than half what the other company was going to charge. And I really like the Delta faucet and what looked like quality fittings that were used. Some of the fittings for the old faucet definitely did not look as good. There were some problems encountered like the shut off valve for the house not shutting off the water completely (this was not Flow Rights fault) and we had to shut off the water at the street but ******* was able to handle all of these issues. ******* was friendly and knowledgeable and did good work in roughly about the one and a half hours it took to install the faucet. This was my first time using Flow Right. I definitely will never use the other company again.I only have experience with *************************** of Flow Right but I would definitely recommend him.Review from Randy O

I want to share my questionable experience with Flow Right and let potential customers know how disappointed and troubled I was with their recommended solution(s) regarding my furnace repair. I contacted the Flow Right service department on a Sunday afternoon. They sent out a technician by early Sunday evening. He had diagnosed the issue as a blown diode in the module on the blower motor assembly. I paid the $172 emergency service call. The following day, I received a call from the technician saying the part and repair would cost over $6,900! He said that because of the high cost to repair and the age of the furnace, he recommended that a new furnace be installed. An estimator came the following morning to give me a quote to have a new system installed. The installer gave me two different proposals of over $17 for a new system! At that point, I became very suspicious of the extremely high quote to repair and the technicians recommendation to have a new system installed at a cost of over $17K. I did my own on-line research and found a replacement module for $150! I installed the module and had everything reassembled in my old furnace and running within an hour. It has been working flawlessly for over 6 weeks. After completing the repair myself, I contacted Flow Right and talked to the **** Manager to have him explain to me why I was quoted over $6,900 to repair my furnace when I did it myself for $150! He explained that they simply made a human error and apologized. He offered to refund the $172 emergency service call. I received the refund 2 weeks later! In my opinion and based solely on my experience, their customer service recommendations are very questionable and suspicious. I want to alert other consumers to be cautious and wary of any work you have performed by Flow Right. However, the **** Managers offer to refund the service call expense was honored and the initial diagnosis was spot on.Review from Cimberley M

We have had our tankless water heater worked on 3 different times, the third time **** told us that sometimes it takes three times to get something right. We were charged AGAIN for something they didn't fix the first two times. After asking to speak to the owner regarding payment we finally got somewhere, we paid for parts but we were refunded on the labor since they should have fixed this problem the first time. Fast forward to now, the hot water heater is not working again, with the same problem before. We scheduled an appointment for them to come back out and **** called and accused us of hard to work with and that we didn't pay our last ****, which we obviously did and were refunded money. I called and made a complaint against **** and received a call that he will not allow for Flowright to come back and work on our stuff. I would never use this company, because as a customer you will always be wrong and they are always right.Flow Right Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric Response

A new tankless water heater was installed in the home in December 2018, when the home was being built. On 5/16/2019 Flow Right received a call from *************** stating that the tankless water heater is not working and that it runs out of hot water. We sent **** M out to assess the customers concerns. It was found that the horizontal swing check valve was getting stuck causing the cold water to cross back into the recirc line. There was no charge on this service call because it was still within the 1 year of original installation. On 11/3/2021 Flow Right received a call from *************** stating that the tankless water heater heats up only sometimes and doesnt get super-hot. We sent technician ***** out to assess the issue and he performed a full service on the unit. The technician cleaned the vent screen and flushed the unit out with descaler. (Picture is attached). Tankless water heaters require a yearly maintenance that was not kept up with properly. We adjusted the water temperature on the unit as well. Customer was charged $403.72 which was paid for at the time of service. On 11/8/2021 Flow Right received a call again from *************** stating that the tankless water heater only heats up sometimes and doesnt get super-hot. We sent technician ***** out to assess the issue and he found that the pump had been air locked. The air was released for the pump and the water heater was functioning properly when we left. There was no charge on this invoice because it was a warranty issue from the 11/3/2021 service call.On 2/25/2022 Flow Right received yet another call from *************** stating that the tankless is still not working the way she feels it should after (2) other techs have been out there. We sent technician ***** out to assess the issue and he ran several tests for get a diagnosed that the hot water return line check valve was faulty and allowing cold water to pass back into the hot system. He cut out and replaced the check valves and installed a purge valve on the return line to bleed the air. He then rechecked water pressures and inspected for leaks. Everything was operating properly at this time. The customer refused to pay for the service call of $357.50 because they wanted to speak with a manager. Flow Right has a 30 day warranty on all service calls and that was up on 12/8/2021. This was a billable call because the customer didnt call their concerns in when the issue continued. Flow Right tried to contact the customer several times for payment on this invoice and when the customer was finally reached the stated We had our lives to run and cattle company to keep up with, we didnt think of calling you sooner. After further escalation to *********************** an agreement had been made that we would refund $262.50 of the **** back to the customer which they eventually paid. With the refund the customer paid a total of $95.00 for material used and wasnt charged any labor for the work performed on this service call.On 8/17/22 Flow Right received a call from the ****** stating that the tankless is not working the way it should be. Manager **** M, contacted the customer to make sure that all prior bills were paid for before sending a tech out to run a service call which would not be covered under warranty. When **** was getting with our accounting department to make sure the account was good to go *************** called in a customer complaint against **** M stating that he was Rude and condescending.Flow Right has a companywide policy of a 30 day warranty on service work. Anything that falls outside those 30 days is chargeable to the customer. Tankless water heater units have many components to check and if they are not properly maintained on a yearly basis many of those components can possibly go out at different times. If a system is maintained properly they will perform the way they are supposed to for several years.Customer Response

I figured I would get a response just like this. The customer is always wrong with this company. I never refused to pay my bill, I specifically said I would like to speak with the owner before this bill is paid. If this wasnt a problem then why did the owner contact us personally? **** did not call to make sure we had paid, **** called and accused us of not paying and said he wouldnt come to our house because we never paid our bill. I have emails backing the conversation I had with accounting regarding the unpaid bill. The same problem kept occurring over and over again, we were never told about the warranty. This company can come back with whatever response they would like, but in the end, you as a customer will always be wrong. Make sure you read the reviews and complaints before using them. In my opinion find a local small business that actually wants to help solve the problem and not just take your money.Customer Response

I would also like to add that the comment made above of us saying we had our lives to run and a cattle company to keep up with makes me really question the integrity of this company. That was never said in that sense. They obviously do not understand the aspects of what goes in to a cattle business. How disrespectful to even say something like that about a family owned business. Shame on you. This company will spin every word you say.Review from Jacqueline G

You guys really do the most when it comes to jacking up the price and s******* people over. Im so glad I have to pay another company to do the job you guys billed us for and never did. And you destroyed the lids to our septic tanks. Real winners. And your employee wanted to threaten my husband whos a disabled veteran thats paralyzed and in a wheelchair. Gross. Disgusting. And collusion is illegal. So, keep trying.Review from John F

After attempting two other companies to get the mixing valve replaced on our downstairs shower, technician **************** from flow right got the job done. ****** was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company and will be using them in the future on other plumbing projects.
