      As per the attached quote, I hired Insane Kreations to build a custom outdoor kitchen and it was originally promised to be complete in November of 2022. Most of the kitchen was installed by May of 2023 and I am very happy with the work that has been completed. The grill was installed prior to installation of the counter. The grill needed to be raised by 3 inches to accommodate for the raise in the counter. Insane Kreations owner, ******, was informed and agreed that the custom color in creating the poured concrete counter was not the right color. Raising the grill left a sizeable gap in the wall face and it was mutually agreed to fill the gap with a vent. There have been multiple promises of finishing the job to no avail. The gutter drains on the patio and is beginning to show mold, there is unsightly wood under the wall on the patio side, the sprinkler main line remains above ground (which was left uncomplete by a different company and agreed to be repaired), and the electrical wires remain unenclosed (which was also left uncompleted by a different company and agreed to be repaired).All fees have been paid in complete up to this point, so I am not asking for a refund. I just want the job finished.

      Thank you for expressing your concerns. We at Insane Kreations greatly value our customer's experience and always strive to complete each job to full satisfaction. In this particular situation, the customer originally selected a color of countertop which upon completion found they didnt like. It was agreed upon that the countertops would be remadeat no additional cost to the customer. We are working diligently to address the remaining work to be done on the projectthe completion of the 2nd set of countertops. In regards to the aforementioned sprinkler and exposed wiring: these items did not originate with this job, and were left incomplete from prior work. It was agreed upon that Insane Kreations would look at this and fix if possiblealso included in the scope of work at no additional charge. Once the countertops have been completed and installed to the customers satisfaction, which is the priority item on this project, we will address the sprinkler and wires.
      Please rest assured that we are working as quickly as possible to complete the project and this will be remedied in its entirity as soon as time allows. We thank you again for your business and your patience.

      I am rejecting this response because: The job is not yet complete. Because of the ongoing delays in the job for the past year, I will only accept the response when the job is complete. Further, the following statement is not correct. "the customer originally selected a color of countertop which upon completion found they didnt like." The main countertop color delivered was grey and I had ordered a brown countertop as the main color. It was a copper color veining request that I asked for that came out orange and disliked. Otherwise, everything that was stated in the response is correct.

      The job is still not complete as per my last response. Gutters were installed:; however, the 45 degree angle is too sharp, the gutter can be seen through the kitchen window, and ****** said he would send out the company for adjustments. The additional poured cement items have not been installed, nor the additional work previously discussed.
