On Feb 1st I contacted this business and they called and came to my house around 4:30 p.m. to see what was wrong with my heater. The owner **** came and he brought his employee ***** with him, ***** looked in the heater and stated I can fix this heater cheaply and took of piece of the heater with him, he said he needed to string some coils, they were there for around 15 minutes. On Monday Feb 5th ***** and another employee called and came to my house around 8:30, he came into my house and told me "I am not going to charge you for stringing the coils for the heater, I worked on this piece at home over the weekend" and he placed the metal piece with the coils on my kitchen counter. He opened the heater door and place the metal piece with the coil in the heater and stated he left something at the office and would be right back. When he returned, he was standing by the heater to replace the fan and one of my cats jumped into the open heater right in front of him and he started cursing at me with the f-word, he raised his voice at me and kept cursing at me, I became very scared, I couldn't get my cat out of the heater and ***** said he wasn't going to wait and told me if the cat broke the coils, it was my fault and I would have to pay anyway. He said he was leaving and to call **** when the cat came out. He was there maybe 40 minutes this time. I got the cat out and called **** and told him what happened and he said they would be back, I waited from 10:00 to 5:30 and they never returned, I waited all week and never received a call or text, I figured they weren't coming back? The fan just sat in my hall and I froze for a week in temperatures at night of 23 degrees. I finally had to call another heating company to finish the job. On Monday Feb. 12th **** called and said they would come back and finish that it would only take 10 minutes and I told him it was not necessary. I received the bill and told **** I wasn't supposed to be charged for the stringing of the coils.
