Visited the restaurant on 1/24/23. Bill was $80. Tipped a very generous 20% = $16 for somewhat ok service. With taxes and fees the total should have been $107.36. However, when I got my credit card statement they had taken it upon themselves to change the tip to 25% = $20 for a total of $110.36. Call the restaurant twice to follow up on 2-17-23 and 3-10-23. Both times I talked to someone who stated their name was Jose, and that they were the General Manager. Jose was very polite, took down all the relative information both times and promised to follow up and resolve the matter. But I have never heard back from him.Customer response

Re: Case #******** - In my original complaint I stated that the restaurant overcharged my credit card by $4. It was actually only $3. My mistake, please add this note to the case file.
