My Aetna ************************** confirmed that Woodland Park Family Dentistry accepted my PPO dental insurance and were in network. My first appointment was 3 August 2020. Aetna paid $124.00 for this visit and another payment of $71.00 on 9/16/20. (see uploaded account transactions). *************************** informed me that I needed a crown replaced. I was told by his wife, ****, and ***********************, office manager, the cost would be $1,103.00 which was paid by my ******************** I then paid another $177.00 (personal check). Without notice to me, *************************** decided to not be in Network on 27 May 2021. On 9/13/21 my insurance paid $104.00 for my cleaning and exam that was billed for my appointment on 9/13/21. On 9/28/21 the office manager withdrew and additional $252.00 from my ******************* for the 9/13/21 cleaning and exam service. I was not informed or gave them permission to withdraw because Aetna covered the service. During the 9/13 exam, *************************** informed me that I had a cavity in the tooth next to the crown he replaced. I scheduled the filing for 11/23/21. ******************* and *********************** told me the cost from my ************ would be $371.00 IAW my PPO in Network. I don't have gingivitis and was falsely charged for that treatment with the filing. I then discovered they withdrew $642.00 from my ************ leaving me only $75.00 for future needs. They withdrew a total of $894.00 from my Savings without my approval or knowledge. When I called and complained they laughed and hung up on me after I told them they cheated me and my ****************Business response
