Entered into a contract with Franck's Masonry on April 10, 2022 to repair the front steps, porch, foundation of our home and replace concrete stairs at back of our home at ** ********* ***** ******** ** *****. A personal check for $500.00 was given as a deposit with an agreement to begin this work in ten days (April 20, 2022). Franck's Masonry never performed this work and has refused to return the deposit given for this purpose. We have contacted Franck's Masonry on several occasions and secured new promises to begin the work or return the deposit, but Franck's Masonry has not complied. Our last communication was on May 4, 2022 and Franck's Masonry agreed to return the $500.00 deposit on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. The deposit was not returned and we have had no further communication.Customer response

This communication is to inform you that our complaint has been resolved. On July 14, 2022, I cashed a personal check from Franck's Masonry for $500.00. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
