Parked my car for 15 minutes didn't realize that I was going to get towed because there was no sign in front of my parking spot. Charge me $202 because of all the additional fees to drive my car 1 mile down the street to his disgusting nasty filthy Tow truck company. Man is a piece of work. He's been in trouble with the law stay away. Frank is the owner and a scam artist!!

I am sorry that we had to tow your vehicle, but the lot is posted at each entrance as you pull in and a 4x8 sign is posted on the building. Also there are signs throughout the lot that state private parking. No there are not signs posted in ever spot and they don't need to be. If you feel your car should not have been towed please address the property owner. That 202.00 fee also included for us to send a driver over to release the vehicle to you after hours. You and your family beat the driver to the shop and went and took your car back without paying! When we tried calling you back and you refused to answer our calls we had to call the police to get in contact with you. I don't think I treated you unfairly since I allowed you to come down on a Sunday to pay the invoice and not have you and your family arrested for trespassing and theft of services. We have all the video and audio recordings of you taking the vehicle and also paying the bill if you would like to see them. We also have pictures of the lot with all the signs posted. I'm sorry you got towed but there is no reason to give us a bad review when we went above and beyond to try to work with you.Review from Zh Q

I didn't park my car at the spot with the private sign but a spot nearby. Within 30 min, this business stole my car, and charged me $202 cash for the towing. Same as other people's experience in google review, the guy was very rude, belittled me, said I was a liar, and asked me if I want my car or not, etc. Avoid any business!Frank's LLC Response

The parking lot is posted at each entrance and exit with signs that states no parking private property. These also is a 4'x8' sign on the building that states private property no parking. each spot in that lot does not need to have a sign although there are about 6 signs posted in the entire lot. Also the property owners wanted the vehicles towed so this is a third party call. If you have an issue you should be taking it up with the property owners and not me. You made a mistake and you need to accept the responsibilities. I am sorry you got towed but it was per the property owners request. Also I have multiple pictures if you would like to see them with the signage
