4 Orders forTANPhysic placed over the last 3 weeks. I would check w/cr cd used to find no activity. I then Order again and trijed using three different credit cards that a "Robert" said all were declined. Not true, I checked each card. Next try I used a debit card and Robert said it was also declined. My credit is excellent and money is in the bank. Can't explain why he didn't want to fill the order. Robert also discussed my supposed credit card issues without notifying me with another person - a frfiend who reccommend this product to me last year - who also had a problem getting product. i use this product to cover my very white skin as I have had several skin cancer opreations and try to avoid any sun exposure.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: First I would like to know if it's your practice to discuss my credit card situation with another customer as Robert did with my credit card.Now your company has three credit cards and One debit card number of mine. ***** ***** card was brand new and not set up properly therefore my first order with Robert was turned down. A replacement card from them Plus 2 other cards that I have used daily for years without any problems have been used in failed attempts ordering..Tried to place a new order with Robert only to learn both cards no approval. NOT TRUE When those didn't work I Was preparing to give Robert a debit card and he hung up on me . I immediately called credit cards. Neither reported any attempts for approval let alone turn downs. My credit is excellent. I like your product and can't understand where the problem is.
I was told NEXT order I placed with Mary had been approved on my credit card it would be shipped the next day. Never shipped.
NEXT order I place with Kathy #******* was approved and going to be shipped the next day. Never shipped.

I ordered product, was confirmed, money taken out of account and then apparently returned. Questioned why? Told order was at facility waiting to be picked up y ****. Has been sitting for days waiting to be picked up. I have used previously and want product but need to know where it is and when I will receive. Keep being told same thing. Friends have been having similar issues. FrustratedBusiness response
