I booked an appointment for gutter cleaning service. The appointment was scheduled for 11/18/22. The company called me after the time of the appointment to tell me they needed to reschedule. The explanation I was given is that they "got a bigger job" and wouldn't be able to fit me in on that day. We rescheduled for 11/21/22. Again, after the scheduled time I received a call saying they would not be coming. The explanation this time was that the crew was in an accident. The representative promised to call me by the end of the day with a new date. I never heard back from anyone at the company. I followed up multiple times to reschedule and left multiple voice mails and text messages for the scheduling department. Not one reply. I paid a $170 deposit that I have asked to be refunded, as I no longer wish to work with this company, My calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered for a week,Initial Complaint

The company did not do the work outlined in the estimate that was drawn up by the salesman that came to my house to look at my gutters and discuss my concerns. I put down 50% of the estimate $379. When they came they did not do the work in the estimate. What they did was a small fraction of the work. They were suppose to realign my gutters after a roofing job had caused problems with them. the problems with my gutter persisted when it rained. I called the company numerous times and emailed them and they never responded. They kept my full deposit. they should have given me a refund and charge me for 35 minutes of work - which they reattached a corner gutter - put a new elbow - and screwed another elbow down.
