After exploring various solar options, my wife and I decided to investigate further and scheduled an appointment. We were immediately interested, but wanted to compare. After researching BBB reviews, we chose to meet with Empower Energy Solutions. That’s when Bree stepped in. I expressed my needs and had plenty of questions. Unlike others, Bree listened intently—no pressure, just calm professionalism and deep knowledge of the solar industry. She documented everything, provided us with materials, and even followed up with an email that evening. No one else had done that. I was genuinely impressed. Bree highlighted that Empower isn’t just another big solar company; it has a family-like atmosphere where the team supports each other. This resonated with us. Empower Energy Solutions will honor their warranty or provide a service technician. My solar system was installed less than a year ago .My system has not produced power in over 2 months now and they won't send a technician out to fix it. They have have now set up two appointments. The first appointments was 3 weeks ago They told me they'd be here between 8 am and 4pm ,I took the day off from work and they never showed up. Another appointment today and still have to show up. So basically I've lost the most important part of the producing power and I get any to fix it. It's very frustratingReview from Brian W

This company has been terrific in so many ways. The salesperson was special and extremely helpful in educating me on the system, explaining the various choices and which would be best, and swiftly taking my order and processing it. From then on it was seamless to me every step of the way. The young many who made several visits had extremely good customer service and was very personable. The day of installation came after many messages from the team lead about the status and progress. They arrived a little before 9 am and were done by 3 pm. Incredibly fast and clearly an expert crew. The contact virtually every step of the way was just superb. Now in about 15 days after passing the inspection the system will be turneed on. People should know that I live in a very remote part of ***** and it seemed like Empower Energy was right here in town all the way. This customer could not be happier!Review from Rony A

Working with Empower has made our decision to go solar easy and seemless. They helped coordinate everything with the power company and the city so we didn't have to worry about a thing! Our representative, Sean was very kind, helpful and Informative and with us every step of the way! Great company, excellent and personable staff, and a very smooth/stress free experience for me. I was very satisfied with the work done and the pace at which the project was completed. Originally I wanted solar panels, the Empower team was able to replace my roof and remove trees as a part of the project. They even let me select my own tree service company when I didn't like the quote I got from their contractor!Review from Maureen D

Bree your representative was very personable, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Her presentation was very informative and answered all our questions. She made herself available to answer any concerns we had and guide us through the entire process. She returned several times to help us fill out the paperwork and install the apps on our phone! She explained the rebate on the solar panels and helped us flag the information for later use at tax time. She is such a pleasure to work with throughout the process! The the panel install team was excellent arriving on time and staying extra so they could complete the project in a single day. The install team concurred with us each step of the way so we were totally informed of the process. The roofing company was also excellent listening to our concerns and going the extra mile to be sure there were no leaks or problems. We appreciated them doing our shed to match the house. They were responsible and cleaned up our property thoroughly! The solar system itself is very straight forward an easy to use, keeping track of our power daily, weekly monthly. This is very helpful for us as we monitor the electricity produced by the panels. Bree will check in from time to time and always be there if we have a question or problem!Review from Mike O

When I was looking for a solar company, I found the market to be flooded with providers and was overwhelmed by all of the factors that go into switching over to solar. I wanted a company that could explain to me in layman’s terms my options. I also was not interested in a high pressure sales pitch because I was not necessarily ready to purchase immediately. If this is your situation, search no further!!! I was upfront about what I was looking for and had many questions. Bree Sa**** came to my home and was professional, warm, and patient. She has a wealth of knowledge and took the time to not only explain all of my options, but also wrote everything out for me so that I could look it over in the subsequent days. No need for me to take notes or anything. I got a thorough and easy to understand idea of what I could expect, from projected savings to what the installation would entail. Once I decided to hire Empower Energy, EVERYTHING ensued the way I was promised. Bree continued to communicate with me regularly and kept me informed of their progress as well as what I could expect as my next step in the process. This was the best experience I could have expected and I am so happy that I not only chose solar, but hired the right people to do the job. I have recommended Empower Energy to several friends and family who have also decided to consider solar. Stop looking and researching if this experience sounds like one you are interested in having. Switch over to solar and choose Empower Energy to do this for you so that you will have nothing to worry about!
