On November 12, 2022 I held an event at Almost Famous brewing. After reviewing the itemized bill we found that we were incorrectly charged for the gratuity. They charged it on the room rental and on the taxes. I have emailed the owner 3 times with a detailed description of the error. We would like the refund on the overcharge only. I received 1 response stating that he has been sick and would get back to me the following day (November 20). That didn't happen. I emailed again on 11/26 and 12/2 and the Owner has not been responsive. Looking for assistance in making this right for my 84 father who generously paid the bill. I can provide any information necessary in addition to the receipt.
