I went to my primary doctor on June 23, 2023 for extreme headaches. I saw a new/fill in doctor in lieu of my primary being completely booked just to see someone for a solution. I was told medication would be prescribed while in office (6/23/2022) which would be ready for pickup after I left as well as other neurological appointments to rectify my issues. It is now July 16, 2022 and I have since called the practice multiple times, emailed the doctors through their required app platform and contacted the pharmacy for my medication, however the doctors are refusing to fill this for me. On Wednesday June 14, I was told the order would be forwarded to the on call doctor after I called in a request for them to look over the issue and to expedite it as quickly as possible due to my doctor being out of the office. I have still not received my prescription.Business response

Good morning ******* -In follow up to our phone conversation today.Middlesex Health Family Medicine, **** ******* investigated the complaint submitted on 7/16/2022, ID ******** and learned that everything in the complaint had previously been resolved with the patient, as she received her prescription.Yesterday, 7/27/2022 I spoke to the complainant, ******** ********, and she advised me that her complaint had been resolved, and she had her prescription. In addition, she advised she would be withdrawing her complaint from the Better Business Bureau.Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Per our phone conversation, there is no further followup required by Middlesex Health to your office. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other questions or concerns.
