Contacted GLH pest control to treat for mice and ants. He came once but stated he forgot the ant control for exterior and that he needed to come back the following week anyway to determine if what he set for mice showed any activity. He did not show for appt the following week. I reached out and got no response for several days. He stated he had been injured and was in the hospital. I followed up with him again and he said he didn’t recall if he had come back. Made another appt and again he was a no show. He stated then that he cancelled all his appts due to rain but forgot to reach out to me. Made a third appt and he again was a no show. Attempted several times to reach out again and no response. I requested refund to go somewhere else and he also has not responded. I would like a refund for the $300 paid in cash to him.
