I purchased a bracelet from the Nantucket General Store website. It cost $38 total and came out of my bank account immediately. This was on 8/9/24. Today is 9/6/24. Nearly a month has past, and I’ve yet to receive the bracelet. I’ve sent numerous emails to customer service, filled out the customer service form, made numerous attempts to call and have received no response whatsoever. I’m unable to leave a message for the customer service line. It says the voicemail box is full. It lists the name Suzy Sandburg on the voicemail. I assume she is the owner? $38 is owed to me, and I cannot get it back. I have tried every way I know how to get this hard earned money back. It seems to me that the company is a fraud. The website appeared legitimate upon initially browsing or I would have never, ever, ordered from them and will never again. I want everyone to know that they’re a fraud. I do not make lots of money, and when I do make purchases with my hard earned money, I expect to receive it.

I ordered a driftwood whale for my wall on July 31st. Figured where I am in *************, Nantucket wasn’t that far away. Since the I have heard absolutely nothing from this store I tried.Calling, no answer and it goes to voice mail to leave a message. I did call again today and left a message and a person called me back and said I had the wrong number. I gave him the number that’s in their ad on the web and he said that was his number but h wasn’t with Nantucket General Store. I’m getting the run around d here and want my 81 dollars back. This is a total joke. What an irresponsible company. Thank you for whatever you can do . Am on a fixed income and this is a lot of money for me to lose

I placed an order ( order#2398) back in December. My debit card was charged and did pay the $130.00 but never received the order. I have written to them several times over the past few months but heard nothing from them. At this point I would just like to have the $130.00 put back into my bank account.

I placed an order on 10/2/2023 for some glass Christmas ornaments. They were never sent. I contacted them several times and got no response. They owe me $18.00 or the ornaments that I ordered. This store is a total rip-off.

March 20, 2023 $157.50 for a used lobster trap from Nantucket General Store. Have heard nothing. Phone numbers are not real. Address also looks like it is a fake. Have tried e-mailing, calling, mailing a letter - no response. Website lists an e-mail address that bounces back, phone number is a private number and another has a full mailbox. I want a refund or the product - think the company is bogus.

I ordered a product over a week ago. It was a simple keychain but isn’t listed as being shipped and when I call customer service the voicemail says their mailbox is full. I tried tracking the shipment but the tracking information does not recognize the item and there is no response by email. The item was charged to my card: it was only $10.00 but I did pay for a product and I’m filing this complaint more as a favor to others who might buy something more expensive with the same results.
