I have received two eighths from this business that were both opened and unsealed. If I'm going to spend so much money the eighths should naturally be unopened and sealed. I complained this to the vendor (Affinity Wellness) and received a simple apology. I informed Department of Consumer Protection Drug Control and haven't received a resolution so far. The owner "Ray" was supposed to contact me and hasn't. The agent at the Department of Consumer Protection did contact me but we've been unable to connect. I'm disappointed a business like this would not check for a seal and the product being unopened. I invited them to contact me but so far I've heard nothing meaningful from them. In this Era of legal marijuana I expected solid quality control but this has proven to be an abysmal failure. I still want their services so I'm not telling the Attorney General but come on! This business must be making massive amounts of revenue. Why not do it correctly?Review from Elaine S

This place is so unprofessional. I was a patient of ******** ** ******* until they moved. I then decided to goto Affinity because of their close location to me. The difference between the two dispensaries is mind boggling. Affinity is completely disorganized. Both times I used them I spent the entire days trying to get my product. No communication from them through text or email. I called both times at least 5 times and got different wrong Information. When I finally went there in person to try to sort it out, I was greeted with two different rude women They still couldn't figure it out. I am handicapped which is why I need marijuana. This is medicine for me. I'm 74 years old not some teenager trying to get pot to party. The atmosphere is a bunch of young people running the business laughing and dancing to music blasting. Most of them partying instead of working. This business needs to be looked at by someone and something done about it's lack of customer service and professionalism. I finally walked out after words were loudly exchanged between myself and this very unprofessional employee. I will never go back there.Review from Melissa R.

Yolanda at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming. I tried calling, but was placed on hold for 17 whole minutes. I hung up and headed there in person. I was looking to become a new client and was basically turned off by that interaction. I was told, with an attitude, "You can try a different place if you don't want to wait" I've been to a few different dispensaries in CT, and expect a warm welcome from a medical client. Especially on a holiday. Not somewhere I would recommend to a friend.
