Aspire provides a comprehensive nine-session empowerment coaching package designed for adults and teens. Additionally, Aspire offers the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment from iPEC, which evaluates attitudes, perceptions, and energy utilization, enhancing decision-making skills. Imagine the empowerment of leveling up precisely when needed. Adult clients engage in sessions focusing on self-awareness, confidence building, and overcoming barriers to personal growth. Topics include addressing empty-nest syndrome, adjusting to changing family dynamics, managing feelings of inadequacy, navigating career or relationship transitions, and establishing healthier habits. For teens, Coach Amy guides them in identifying obstacles hindering their progress and goals. Emphasis is placed on executive function skills and essential life skills for young adults, especially those preparing for college or transitioning from middle school to high school.
Payment Methods
  • Payments are made via STRIPE with a debit or credit card.
Refund and Exchange Policy
  • If, after the second session of a package, you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund in writing, minus the hourly rate for the sessions attended. For example, if you paid $1000 for 8 sessions and decide to discontinue after the second session, requesting a refund in writing, you will receive $1000 - $250 = $750 in return. Once you have attended the third session, you are no longer eligible for a refund.

    You may pause your sessions for up to 6 months for unforeseeable family or personal emergencies. You will not be questioned about the circumstances necessitating the pause. After 6 months, your package of sessions expires. There will be no refund for expired packages; refer to the refund policy in the paragraph above.
