I paid Reliable Paving $9,000 to pave my driveway. Within 9 months, we noticed a section of the driveway caving in due to not enough stone put underneath. They said they would fix it without charge but keep canceling appointments with me. Meanwhile, the area of the driveway that is collapsing is getting larger. I have called and emailed repeatedly without success.Business response

We have been corresponding with Ms. ****** via email continuously. Her driveway was completed April 23, 2021. Her complaint came in March 2021, 11 months later regarding an issue with her driveway. We had our guy go out there and assess what was happening on March 28, 2021. Yes there is no charge as she is within her 1 year warranty. Yes we have had to cancel appointments with Ms ****** due to the significant amount of rain that we have been receiving this month. Ms ****** and Reliable Paving LLC last correspondence was yesterday, April 19th at 2:14 pm notifying her that we will be out to address her problem with her driveway on Saturday, April 23rd. There has been no lack of communication between Ms. ****** and Reliable Paving LLC.Customer response
