Paid a medical bill for my son **** ***** pending insurance coverage. I paid $250 direct to Caremedica, the insurance carrier then paid $223.68. I have been making the request by fax (10/30/2023) through current by telephone with the billing department (###-###-####). I have not received a reimbursement. CareMedica has been paid by myself as well as by the insurance carrier. I would like my reimbursement to be mailed to me. Thank you ***** *****Customer response

Received a voicemail today from Caremedica billing at 2:22 pm that my reimbursement check is in the mail. I am assuming it is the correct amount and will close this complaint. If it should be an incorrect amount I will open a new complaint. Thank you for your assistance with this matter. it was resolved swiftly.
