We did not pay this company for a service, however, their product was installed on our property and was failing. The alarms were going off in the early morning and they refused to help and proceeded to insult me and my husband and hung up on us routinely while we stood in the cold waiting for someone to help us get it off. A review I rece6lefr with more details: Never, ever, ever, go with Alarm Design LLC. We moved into a home using this service and had never contacted them or purchased any service with them. After leaving my house one morning, their alarm starts blaring. Standing in the cold with my infant son, we called and asked for help. They first told me they couldn't help and transferred me to alarm and fire. When THEY told me that was false information and I need to call back, Alarm Designs answering service HUNG UP ON ME after only taking my number and saying they were paging someone. Thinking they couldn't possibly have the info they need since they don't have my address or other info, I had to call AGAIN. keep in mind, it's 40°, raining, and I have my infant son outside since the alarm is blaring in our house. They answered, and in my frazzled state, YELLED AT ME, and then HUNG UP ON ME. Then, Scott, the owner, called. He proceeded to give me too quick instructions on how to resolve it, but I was still outside. I asked him to repeat it again once I was inside the house, and while making my way downstairs where he instructed, let him know that we wouldn't be going with them (not knowing he was the owner) since the answering service had been so terrible. He then proceeded to HANG UP ON ME AS WELL. my husband then tore everything out of the wall and the basement to get it to turn off. Scott called back to tell me his and I was a b****, and that he "didn't have to do anything, or even answer our call" since we weren't customers. STAY FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
