This company came to my house to give me an estimate and when they came, they told me that they don’t work the water system I have and advise me to contact other company. However, when they came (2 guys), one stay outside the house in his cellphone and the younger kid came into the basement just to see the water system I have and left. They did no give me any service at all or I did not sign any contract. Also, they were contacting me in several times to give me an estimate in the cell phone and the youngest guy came into my basement and said that they don’t work the water system I have. Also, I remembered that they insisted in too many times to come over for a fee estimate which I agreed, but now they are charging $186 when I never agreed or signed any contract. I contacted this company Instead of signs for the secretary is very rude and unhelpful therefore I am looking for you help.Business response

Mrs. **** scheduled an appointment for us to check out a water pressure issue. There is a fee for us to come out. My technicians diagnosed the issue and determined it was relative to the well water/supply side which, although we are familiar with, is not a service we offer, and pointed her to a local well professional. We did charge her a service call of $175.00 for drive time and time to diagnose the cause of the issue. I did get a message from her that she did not want to pay the bill. I have subsequently credited back the charge, because it is not worth a bad reputation. However, I would comment that my technicians made the correct diagnosis and I find the "young" comment out of line. Lastly, Mrs. **** needs to realize it costs companies time and money to send a technicians out to investigate issues. To expect this service for free because there is no contract is self-serving.
Again, please advise Mrs. **** there is no balance on her account.
