      I had an US of head /neck on 6/2/22. I sent a check in the amount of 26.01 to the billing address (provided envelope) actual bill was for 26.10. I have the cancelled check and keep getting bills about the bill. I have tried to inquire from my bank, * *** * in ******* ** as to who cashed the check and they said they werte unable to advise me of this. I am quite annoyed. i sent a copy of the cashed check front and back to the billing address and no one has called. Address: Advanced Radiology Consultants ** *** **** ********* ** ********** Test was done in ****** ** Can someone please help me with this. Thank you

      Our staff spoke with the patient to discuss her concern regarding the double billing matter. The patient had 2 exams – Thyroid ultrasound on 06/02/22. Soon after, she had a CT-Abd/Pel on 06/09/22. She received a statement in September and mailed in a check with the return envelope we provided. She then receives another bill for a similar amount. She thought an error occurred in the billing process and she was charged twice. She included that her experience with Advanced Radiology was great and appreciated the sonographer’s patience.  Her main frustration is with our billing company in Maine. We provided patient with a full balance breakdown of both service dates which she is now clear on. She requested we mail a statement and she will remit payment (confirmed addressed & mailed).

      My account number is ***********. I have a balance of $19.55 for ultrasound done at *******l location on 10/6/21 as my insurance paid $266.45. For the same account number I had a MRI with and without contrast done on 10/1/21 at the ****** location. The balance for that procedure is $93.62. My insurance paid $1,426.38. The purpose of the above 2 tests was to detect breast cancer. Unfortunately the tests showed nothing and was told to return at a later date six months, and just follow up yearly for my regular mammogram. Upon my insistence I again followed up having a biopsy which showed breast cancer. I was operated on 10/25/21 to remove Stage 1 cancer. I had radiation treatments following now with medication. Both tests did not show anything and had I followed up at the suggested time God knows what would have happened to me. I have received calls regarding payment. Each time I explained the very sad situation that happened along with the tests not picking it up as that was the purpose of the tests. I was told by a male representative they would speak to a supervisor, and minus the charges. No one has returned my call. I did call again, and voice message box was full. Last week I spoke to another representative and was going to take care of this. Thank you.
