We have hired ******* to do four different projects in our house so far and have been extremely pleased each time. We have also referred him to several friends and they too have been very happy with his work. He and his workers are all friendly, reliable, and very competent. ******* did the masonry on our beautiful new front steps, renovated our basement playroom and a bathroom as well as other smaller projects. He always has great suggestions and is an amazing problem solver. We will contact him again when it’s time to redo our kitchen next year. We highly recommend him.Review from Tasha B

You will not regret hiring this contractor. He is reliable, true to his word, a creative problem solver, transparent in everything he does. I have hired him for renovations in an old house fraught with surprises, and he gives very realistic estimates, and knows how to deal with anything thrown his way. He has several workers who regularly accompany him, and some subcontractors whom he works with when needed. All have been prompt, polite, and trustworthy. Largely, CM Perez can handle the work themselves, from tiling to plumbing, to framing and more elaborate construction, to masonry, and finish carpentry. His work is beautiful, sturdy and as close to the homeowner's dream as possible. He is willing to work with whatever fixtures, hardware, tile, trim, etc that you choose, or he will select high quality staples. He has transformed three bathrooms so far, and we are in line for more work in the future. I am hesitant to post this review because I want to make sure he has time for my projects (lol), but he deserves it.Review from Daniella R

Highly recommend! CMPerez Contractors completely remodeled our laundry room and it looks amazing. It was finished in the timeframe we were given. Modesto does a great job at explaining what he will be doing and why. Very professional and considerate towards what the client wants. We are very impressed, happy, and thankful for the job that was done in our new home! It looks wonderful.

Terrific!! Modesto and his helper did a wonderful job making our stone porch. He was there every day from the beginning and was meticulous in the workmanship and we are truly thrilled with the final results. We would recommend him to anyone. He has a wonderful friendly disposition and listens and offers great advice to address any special problems. We would hire him again for any future construction projects. ***** **
