Still waiting on return of $200 deposit, canceled 1 month in advance of future appointment and still no refund received. The issue started with the owner providing a quote of $2,800 for filler and threads and confirmed that was an acceptable fee before work began. When I went to check out I was given a bill for over $6,000. She did not follow the treatment plan agreed on. No discussion had been had about additional costs, I walked out with a shock to say the least. I paid thinking the receptionist did not charge me correctly and that I would call the salon in the morning and they would correct the mistake. I am sitting there having work done thinking I am paying $2,800 but I guess the Samara did more work and never thought about mentioning doubling the bill. The total I was charged was over $6,000. It is not acceptable to agree on one final price and not discuss increasing the price before the work is performed. Very poor communication. Very disappointed in this salon. I discussed the components of the price and agreed with the owner on the $2,800 and then checked out and was told the actual cost is over $6,000. That is not okay to do that, what business does that? The quote was for $800 for filler and $2000 for single threads... owner even asked my twice if $2800 was okay for me to spend that day. I agreed to the price. When the work was done the salon gave me an invoice for over $6000. I never received any contact from the owner just the receptionist saying that $6000 was correct and she could not understand what the issue was. I would NEVER agreed to spend $6000 at one time. I feel I was taken advantage of and never communicated that the cost would be double. How many people have over $6000 on their credit card or in cash... really unimaginable that this happened here in ********. Would like my $200 deposit returned.
