      Buyer beware. Terrible company to do business with. Purchased a bureau and nightstand in April2024 went through three deliveries until October of 2024. and they could not deliver quality furniture every delivery. Something was broken and they wanted to send a repair man out on the last delivery to glue something. I didn’t spend all that money to have somebody glue a draw that i just paid good money for. I wanted to get my refund and the we’re refusing to give me the tax that i paid so i had to get the state if Ct involved and my credit card company. Also the customer service person who runs the deliveries,Allison, is the rudest person to deal with I can’t understand how she keeps her job. Even their delivery people said everyone complains about her. Never would I buy anything from them again.

      Ordered a dresser and nightstand in April, delivered damaged 3 times, they tried telling me they will have the service technician GLUE the arm on the inside drawer where it was broken off! Alison, their rude customer service person was saying it's not a manufacturer defect, but their technician said it was! Tried telling me that most customers would keep these minor damaged items, and refused to send another one....finally got CT. Consumers involved and they picked up the set and gave a refund last Saturday 10/12...Seven months with no furniture and them refusing to send a new one, not a very pleasant experience at all! Buyer beware of Pilgrim furniture! They were absolutely a horrible, especially Alison, so rude!

      So far just literally received my brand new $3000 mattress got it delivered perfectly fine. Everything went great guys to go. The old one brought the new one had his phone saying that they dropped off the new one and they took the old one and as soon as they left, I want to go put the mattress pad on the bed, and the whole corner of the bed is soaking wet, and when I say soaking wet, it is soaking into the boxsprings now I’m trying to call Pilgrim furniture there’s no phone number for the delivery so I have to wait for the actual store to open and now let’s see what happens there

      We had purchased a recliner several years ago along with a warranty there were problems within a year with the recliner we tried several times to have it repaired then the furniture company offered another recliner that we would have to pay more money for and get less options we needed certain criteria because of a disability with the person using the recliner the furniture company wanted to charge a couple hundred dollars extra for a recliner with even less options the warranty company never ever replied that will be a separate review I do not recommend Pilgrim furniture because they were completely uncompliant with help in standing behind their product a person should never have to pay more and receive less

      I had a very disappointing experience from start to finish this company. At the store, I felt the entire sales staff was pushy and they were each giving us different prices for the same furniture on almost the exact same day. We went ahead with one all real wood bedroom set. Fast forward to delivery of furniture and long story short: they will pressure you to accept broken and damaged furniture. If you don’t accept it, they gaslight you and threaten you with a large restocking fee. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not a company that’s honest and supportive of the consumer.

      Bought a Large leather sectional Flex Steel couch in 2016 and we love it and paid quite a bit of money for it. . I was noticing significant wear and tear on the sides of the back cushions. Come to find out the sides of the leather cushions are made of pleather. The pleather is actually rubbing off on the sides of the cushions and it looks bad. I reached out to the management of the Southington store and was told the couch is no longer under warrantee and they recommended a repair person that i should contact for a quote to repair the cushions. . My complaint was the couch is not 100% leather, we purchased the leather dud to the durability of the leather, i would never have purchased a leather part pleather couch. I asked to have a manager call me. I received an immediate blunt response, I am the manager and we communicate via email. My recommendation- do not buy leather products from Pilgrim unless you are 100% sure it is all leather. This is very disappointing and unprofessional.

      Terrible customer service Terrible warranty company , pilgrim pushes you to buy extended warranties then won’t help you , and you can’t get thru to anyone at the warranty company .

      Absolutely crazy how this company is still in business, they have scammed us and left us without a couch after purchasing it, we bought a couch that was broken and we had gotten the warranty, turns out the manufacturer went out of business and DISCONTINUED, they gave us store credit and told us to pick out a new couch and DISCARD of the old one, we have waited 3 whole months for this couch to be delivered, today was the day it was coming and we find out they aren’t delivering it without us providing them with the old broken couch they told us to THROW AWAY, so here we are negative 3600$ no couch and they refuse to do anything about it. This is an absolute disgrace of a store. My husband and I could have never imagined what a nightmare this would turn out to be. STAY AWAY.

      Bought bedroom furniture. Chest of drawers had a crack on front of one draw . Other drawer didn’t close properly! Edges of chest unfinished. They are passing the blame on manufacturers and distributors! I don’t want my new fury to be “fixed” I want new chest! This has gone on for several weeks. Departments of consumer protection notified as well as my attorney. Never again !
