      Customer Service SUCKS. Maybe stop outsourcing to other countries who barely speak english. Second, they charge you whenever they feel like it. I have multiple charges on the same day. Cant speak to a supervisor because they all SUCK! ****** Spring should be ashamed of themselves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

      I have been very disappointed with the services received From ready refresh water. They would not deliver my water on time. They did not deliver the water to the correct place at the front door and there were times when they said they delivered water and we never received water so after a back-and-forth session over a couple of months I canceled my water service in May or April of this year 2024 have not received any product and I get a bill today saying I’m behind on my account and I owe them $60. I called them and said I do not owe you any money I have not received product or any services for the past six months . I have a very good credit reference and do not want to be affected by this. They are very aggravating to talk to as one person connect you to another and connect you to another and connect you to another and the last three times I’ve been on the phone with them I’ve been on the phone for over a half hour. I don’t have time for that nonsense. Hopefully the Better Business Bureau can send them a letter or make some kind of contact I would appreciate it.

      I've been buying gallons sized **** **** water and recently they started to smell and taste like plastic. It has gotten really bad that we dumped them out. At first we thought it was just one faulty bottle but all 6 of them taste and smell like plastic. What is going on? We are concerned about what we drank.

      Such a scam. It's almost impossible to cancel your readyfresh membership. It's a disgrace. I have mysterious charges constantly on my credit card bill. You cannot cancel on the website and when you call to cancel, they give you a case number. What a joke! It's my own fault but I don't want someone else to make the same mistake. STAY AWAY FROM READYFRESH WATER AND BLUE TRITON.

      Terrible company!!! I skipped my deliveries several times but they keep scheduling new ones! My normal schedule for delivery is every 3 months but when I would cancel August and November, September and October would be scheduled. Why are my deliveries monthly now instead of every 3 months? I can't even delete my credit card information or close my account with ease.

      This company is completely unethical, they make it impossible to cancel and hit you with bogus charges. Do your self a favor and go elsewhere.

      Signed them up with ******* Thought they were reliable but become a scam. They overcharge you for some service you are not aware of like $2 for sending bills, equipment renting fees. There's alway something wrong with the delivery either wrong product or wrong quantity. As a lot of customers have mentioned, there's no cancel option on their website.

      Readyrefresh are criminals. I paid for 6 cases of water and got only 4. If they want me to have 2 more then I have to pay even though I have paid for them. Tried calling Poland Spring who are owned by someone else and who is currently being sued for plastics in the water. There is no way to report a complaint to Poland Spring. So they have ReadyRefresh represent them and are acting in criminal fashion by stealing from the client. I haves been using Poland Spring for over 50 years. Maybe that's why I had breast cancer, Will no longer bye this product, and the company who owns them does not care.

      Nothing easy except first order. They basically hold you hostage. Hard to cancel. No actual customer service without spending a long time on phone. Like 45 mins plus. Save time find another service. Highly do not recommend

      Readyfresh is a terrible company. They charge an extra fee when you cancel service, $50 for equipment return! They added this to the contract after i signed up! Beware.
