We paid for an extra four square feet of quartz which is about $170 value that East Stone said they would deliver on February 6, 2023. They did not deliver it. We went to the store to pick it up the piece and they told us they didn't have it. My husband has called multiple times no one returns his calls or answer their phone. Wesley Z**** told us they would deliver the piece of quartz with our counter purchase. We paid for it and they refuse to give it to us. I paid for it in full on February 4, 2023.Business response

The customer is requesting left over material from the slabs we used to fabricate and install their kitchen. Their kitchen was a fixed price based on the labor involved and price of the slabs we buy at wholesale. It was explained to the customer that if they wanted the left over material, we would have to sell back those pieces at a retail price. When the customer called, they were advised to wait for a call back. With the volume of orders we get, it can be difficult to locate the remaining pieces (if any were salvageable), measure their sizes, and provide a price at retail. What was delivered and paid for was the material and labor used to install the countertops for their kitchen. They were not charged extra for the remnants they claimed were not delivered. Material paid for can be seen on the template sheet we made when we took our measurements.
