On October 8 2021 we woke up to smell of propane in house. We called Rural Fuels and they told us to turn off gas from tank and maybe smell was due to being low on gas. We checked gage n gage read tank was close to full. I told the lady Dawn on phone this but she said gage may be broken so schedule delivery. We did n also they were sending service man out to check. Service guy came after delivery was made. He checked behind stove stating no leaks, we need new stove. That weekend we purchased stove. When going to hook new stove up we noticed hose split and broke on crease in several places. I called rural back and returned stove. They came out n replaced torn pipe. We r being charged for both service calls. If job was done properly first time he wouldn't have had to come back out. There no reason to pat both service calls. If anything they should apologize for or doing job right in the first place.
