I had an intake appointment scheduled 9/20 at 6pm in the ************ ** office with Christina C*****. At 3:38pm Christina canceled my appointment via email because my intake forms had not yet been submitted, although I planned on submitting them when I got home from work that day (before my scheduled appointment). She said when I get them filled out to let her know and we could reschedule. This left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided I no longer wanted to be a client at that clinic and moved on. However, I received a bill for $70 with the description “Client Missed Session.” No, I did not miss the session and I would have had my forms completed before my appointment time and attended the intake session had they not canceled on me. No where in the emails they sent me did it say they had to be completed by a certain time, just that they needed to be completed before my intake appointment. I am finding the whole ordeal a bit disheartening. I would like a bill adjustment and updated paperwork stating I have a zero balance. I have attached copies of the emails as well as the bill I received.Business response
