      I bought cans of their Blue Buffalo Homestyle Recipe Adult Beef Dinner with Garden Vegetables and I opened FOUR different cans and they all had what looks like lavre in the can. I have given them several days to respond to my concerns. What is wrong with the food? I spend a lot of money on their products and I need to know what the issue is.

      On 4/28/2024 I purchased 3 bags of blue buffalo life protection formula dog food.I am a disabled veteran and live alone with my GSD service dog. Upon pouring the first bag into my dogs bowl I noticed 2 worm like moist objects. I contacted blue buffalo customer service and emailed the rep photos of the objects along with the product bar code and all requested documentation.The rep informed me she had no idea what the objects were. She also would not replace or exchange them.Blue buffalo could care less.She also said my call would not be returned. I was forced to trash the 3 bags purchased from ******.This is no way to treat a disabled veteran who also a senior citizen on a fixed income. Truly

      My dog got sick from eating Blue Buffalo dog food, I tried to resolve this matter with Blue Buffalo, but they have stated that the information provided from my dog's vet was not sufficient to receive a refund for the vet visit which is all I'm asking for. My dog has not had any gastrointestinal issues yet once we started giving him this dog food, he started having stomach issues (diarrhea and not eating) as i stated in the claim form that I submitted to Blue Buffalo. If my dog didn't have these stomach issues due to the food I wouldn't have to pay this unnecessary vet bill. All I'm asking is for the company to be fair. But since they have an in-house veterinarian who is hired by their company, I expected them to be biased. So, I'm here asking for help with this matter.

      I’ve been buying this companies food for a while. I have spent thousands over the past few years buying their dog food. Up until the last six months I’ve been on the same schedule as far as how often I buy the food. As of late I’m buying more and more often. So I’ve weighed the last three bags. Each one has been a little over half a pound short. 14.4-14.6lbs per bag. The bags claim they’re 15lbs.

      Purchase food from ****** my dog became sick violently vomiting and diarrhea my dog is a healthy dog that just turned 13 years of age no prolior health issues etc I had to rush ny dog to the vet she had to receive IV and Medicine through IV two days I had to go back and forth to the vet costing money got transportation and two vet bills I contacted Blue Buffalo and ****** ****** refuse to acknowledge any harm Blue Buffalo is refusing to assist after receiving notes vet bills and the claim form they are now demanding additional information to deny this claim in my personal opinion because they don't want to accept accountability neither does ****** .

      We bought a case of their Blue Buffalo Tastefuls cat food, the food inside was spoiled, I called to get a refund and they referred me back to the store I bought it from even though it was from the factory. I read that they use fillers in their food. I was just trying to get a refund. I would like to a refund.

      I participated in a program run by Blue Buffalo wherein purchasing $55 or more of Blue Buffalo dog food products thru BJ's would earn the customer a $15 digital reward. I sent all the information to the text number (811811) according to all the instructions and they never fullfilled this for me. I have texted them several times and they just do nothing. I want my $15 digital reward. This is not a reputable company.

      I purchased cat kibble from Blue Buffalo on april 21,2023 and my cat was vomting for two weeks and ended up bleeding from her anus with bloody stool only to be informed by her vet that she had gastroenteritis from that food. I was left with a $200 vet bill. I contacted Blue Buffalo and emailed them all the proof and my claim was completely disregarded.

      Purchased on 04/30/23, a Blue Buffalo Tasteful flaked 12 cans cat food in sealed box, the box did not include 12 cans of cat food, missing 1 can of tuna flavor and 1 can of chicken, would like to get refunded for the purchase price of this item, cost of cat food is $20.99, there is not a way to determine how many cans of cat food in a sealed box

      I poured out of Blu Buffalo dry dog food. I did not notice there was a coupon sealed in plastic. My dumfound it. Fortun Aly I saw here. This could have killed her or at least been a huge vet Billi very upset to think I could have harmed my dog it does not say coupon inside any where.
