I have known the founder of DestinySpeak, Yvette Owens, on a personal and professional level for close to 40 years. She is a superb communicator with a very keen understanding of the business world and its corresponding interpersonal dynamics. She brings a wealth of practical experience to help her clients to achieve the transformational goals they are looking for. Destiny Speaks (DS) is a solid team of experts with varied backgrounds and areas of expertise. In my experience with this team, I participated in a series of workshops/classes as part of a group of entrepreneurs with diverse business acumen. The DS team brought know-how in a range of not-for-profit and for-profit areas and worked with each of us in building the foundation to develop executable plans for the short term, and hone strategies for the future. I enjoyed Ms. Owens' passion and knowledge for change management leadership and quickly invited her to be part of a panel speaker on the topic of "Strategy: The What, Who, Why, and How" on my TV show "*** ******* *********** with *** ****** ****** DHA." I had the privilege of working with Yvette for five years in the corporate world, and I've seen how she's taken her extensive experience in leadership development, strategic change management, and diversity and inclusion and blended it with her consulting & individualized coaching approach to create her own unique brand for DestinySpeak. In addition, she's used her experience as an author, keynote speaker, networker and overall thought leader to help corporations, non-profit organizations, schools and faith-based organizations evolve to "put the heart back into performance". Yvette is a highly ethical person who truly wants to help others succeed by doing her job well, and DestinySpeak Inc is true reflection of her ethos. Yvette is a dedicated realtor who goes above and beyond to make sure her clients get the best service and overall experience when looking for their new home. It’s not just about a sale for Yvette, she really cares about her clients and makes sure they profit the most! Even if you’re not ready to purchase Yvette makes sure you still have the tools you need to work at accomplishing that goal someday!
