Hello, Here's a summary: 1 Stop Pack N Ship was contracted to pick-up our packages on June 27th at ********* ********** ***** **** *** ******, ** Suite **** Washington, DC. ***** The packages were relocated to *** on June 27th - *** Store *** **** ** Nw Washington, DC ***** 1 Stop Pack N Ship to pick-up the packages on June 29th at The *** Store *** **** ** Nw Washington, DC ***** and **** ** ************** * ********* **** ******** ****, Elkridge, MD ***** 1 Stop Pack N Ship services were pickup, palletizing and shipping ********* ********** ***** packages out by July 1st, 2022 1 Stop Pack N Ship charged *** company ******** ******* for services rendered on July 6th, 2022 in the sum of $1445.50 1 Stop Pack N Ship became unprofessional and willing to tell me the weight of the items, he has taken our office merchandise as hostage, we have called the police and file legal actions against 1 Stop Pack Pack N Ship. The owner is refusing to give us a receipt and is verbally abusive and physically hostile. After further research 1 Stop Pack-N-Ship is not a registered business. The address 1629 K St NW Ste 300, Washington, DC 20006-1631 on BBB is misleading and inaccurate. The real business address is **** ***** ***. Rockville, MD.***** The real company name that is registered is ******** ******* ******** *** The real name of the owner is ******** ******* NOT *** ******* ***** Therefore, he's falsifying information and putting the community at risk. We would not have used this person/company if we knew the BBB accreditation was false. After 1 Stop Pack N Ship sat down with our lawyer to confirm our transaction. We scheduled another Logistics company to gather our items and 1 Stop PackNShip refused to allow the shipment to be collected. The company is giving us excuses every day delaying us from receiving our packages. Now they are stating a refund was given back and for us to pay with a company check instead. But no solution for us to retrieve our packages.

We canceled this job, because after investigating this fraud, We could not find a person from this company , We checked **** * **. NW. ste. ****, but this is just a virtual office, we were never able to meet anyone from this company, because we canceled the job and asked them to pick up the pallets. Finally after 2 weeks they sent the trucking company to pick up their pallets, Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks
