#JRZ457948 Order May 29th order. June 5th delivery I ordered a precision 5 starter set Which included a razor with 4 replacement blades. I was just satisfied with the product so I processed a return on their website I paid out of my own pocket for shipping when I ordered it and I’ll pay it out of my own pocket for shipping to return it After they received the return, I was notified that they would not refund any money… Even though only one of the four razors was used, the other three were untouched. I was expecting a partial refund for the unused goods. I tried contacting them through multiple channels, including chat and email, but was over and over again told I was out of luck. Further, they would not return the product I purchased back to me. They stated that it was their policy, and there was nothing they could do. I believe this is a predatory, and unfair business practice.
