Never received my item. When I contacted them they lied and said it had been delivered. When I provided proof that it was not they tried to charge me more money to have it "reshipped". Total scam!

If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. There is no way to get your money back. There is no phone and they wanted me to draw a picture for them. Do not go through this business. Make Me a Jedi is a scam

advertising make it seem simple and fun but the ordering and communication process is terrible. They made several mistakes, forgot to ship the finished product (I had to send several messages to determine status) and the worst part, it was a birthday gift that never arrived. Then, 2.5 weeks later, they finally mailed the canvas art but sent it to the wrong address. I paid over $200 for mistake after mistake. Will NOT recommend.

Advertisements make this company interesting and legit. They make the procees seem very simple, However, when things go unplanned it becomes a hassle and a pain to deal with. Customer service is poor. Multiple individuals handling one order without any common communication within. Instructions and request are lost in translation. Not a single person or team dedicated to handle a specific customer. Multiple individuals apologizing and encouraging the customer ro make request and report issues or concerns without hesitations juat to ignored them. Multiple avoidance and lack of managerial or supervisory intervention. False promises like "referral to higher intervention" to fix issues but they dont exist. Canned emails of apologies leading to your requests not being addressed. Their artists seem to do whatever they want to do and not followed every detail requested, even when expressed by the customer several times and on plain language. Denial of refunds or compensation for work done outside of the customer requests and against instructions due to their artists needing compensation for their lack of adherance to instructions. Countless review requests by the company when the product hasn't even been delivered. Ther website only shows their positive review and not a single realistic and poor review by their customers. Cant even seem to find my review on their website. Demanding or threatening the customer for more payment for adjustments made to the product for fulfillment of the original requests. Pretty much the customer has to do the entire work for them for them to deliver a mirror image of the product. Poor delivery and poor customer service provided, having customers rights ignored.
