      On March 15, 2024 a technician came to my house to draw blood. My screen door was locked. He tried to pull it open and when it did not open, he continued to pull the door breaking the lock, instead of knocking on the door. I notified the office, Ms. ***** ******** and submitted to her the total cost of repair, parts and installation, amounting to $113. ***** said she was willing to write a $50 check but I told her that is not sufficient, reminding her that I submitted the cost of installation and parts. I requested to speak with a supervisor. She said there was no supervisor. I asked for the CEO. She then said she didn't have a number for him (Mr. *******) but that I could send a message to their general email and bring it to ******'s attention. I am deeply disappointed that this company would give me a hard way to go for a problem, great inconvenience and stress they have caused in my life. Please assist me in this matter.

      The customer contacted us and claimed our employee broke her door latch.  Although it seems unlikely that a person who is operating a door normally by turning the latch with his hand (not trying to break into a house) could break a well maintained and functioning door handle, we offered to send the customer $50 to replace an item that can be bought at any online site or hardware store for $25.  In addition, we offered another $25 to compensate for the five minutes of time to remove a few screws to install it. 

      We are sorry that the customer doesn’t feel this amount is sufficient to replace the handle. Obviously we disagree.
