      Honest pricing, with quick and quality work! ****** was amazing in working with me. I had a slab leak, and had no idea what to do, he explained everything and scheduled the repipe to be done ASAP so that I could have my water back. Very thankful for him!

      Do not use this company they destroyed two rooms of my home refused to fix it and then filed a lien on my home when I withheld payment waiting for their insurance company to clean their mess resulting in a lien on my property, after the matter was resolved and it came time to pay we agreed they would remove the lien after payment they refused to remove the lien unless I paid them more. They are a crooked company and will make your life a nightmare, and to top it all off they did a terrible job with the plumbing my house sounds like it’s screaming every time the hose is on.

      *******************************, we are responding to your review and will use this platform to inform correctly of what transpired during the replumbing at your property. You reached out to our company for a quote on a repipe which we provided Dec 2022, your father *********************************, requested a copy of our GL, which was provided as well. Estimate accepted and proper Osceola County Permitting was processed, Inspection passed by county inspector, completion report in system.Dec 15th, 2022, we performed a replumb at your property in which during the removal and installation process in the guest bedroom, some residual water in the existing pipping (approx. 1/2 gallon of water-can be verified due to the pipe size removed) spilled on the closet flooring (laminate)and that same night, you contacted *********************** to inform of what happened. We immediately jumped into action and next day coordinated with you to be at your property to assess the issue next morning 10:30am personally and see how we can correct it. I took pictures and video in order to gather information. You also informed that (1) tile in your shower came loose, one of my technicians tried to remedy the issue by gluing the tile (temporary) as we gathered more information. We then made the executive decision immediately to ask you if you had spare tile in order to correct the issue by calling All Around Tile LLC a Licensed and *************** to have this issue quoted and repaired. Still no payment, we provided you with a notarized Repair Letter sent (Dec 23rd) which stated that we will repair what was noted by the owner which you received via email and accepted. ************ (All Around Tile LLC) came to your property Dec 22,2022 and quoted us for the repairs, Dec 28th the tile contractor was at your home to repair the shower tile in your bathroom, informed you that in regard to the tile in the bathroom shower, The shower was (fully installed wrong) by prior contractor, not us or pertaining to the repipe and that there is no waterproofing behind the tile in shower and was set incorrectly and that the plumbing company was not at fault, this was all informed to you in person. In other words, it was a matter of time that the tiles would come off. Again, this was informed to you by the licensed contractor at your home and while he was repairing the tile, it broke. We still after that, continued to communicate with you via text and emails efficiently to continue with the repairs (all saved) even though we always had to wait till your father responded to you, for you to then respond to us on several occasions.Moving forward, you were provided with choosing the tile of your liking to replace the whole bedroom, not just the closet area, and we went ahead and submitted the purchase of this tile with the tile contractor. Still no payment., You received 3 emails (Jan 3rd, 2023, Jan 6th, 2023 & Jan 10th,2023) stating that materials were set for delivery and no response provided till Jan 10th in which you responded with a very unprofessional email and made untrue statements, I also as a business owner requested full payment or at least some type of payment towards the completed repipe before delivery of tile, which is understandable as we were working with you to fix the issue, At this moment we submitted a lien for non-payment due to your response of going after our insurance (non-payment)During this time, you declined delivery and repair of the laminate flooring as agreed and informed us you will be going after our insurance company. At this moment we submitted a lien for non-payment due to your response and (non-payment). You submitted a claim and added (garage ceiling damage) which was never mentioned by you at all during all this process and certainly was not done by us (pictures provided) which you obtained $24k April 28th, 2023. You paid us for the replumb on June 24th 2023. You then requested the lien to be removed but you did not provide the full payment which included the lien processing fee and are now going after us on a personal level through small claims for $7500 in which we are responding accordingly. ***************** off Jan 2024.We are at peace knowing that we did everything in our power to work with you, we are an established-small plumbing company who strives in providing the best customer service experience and who has become part of our growing family, knows the type or work and dedication we have with everything we do on a daily basis no matter the project.
