On May 18, 2024, I ordered hair care products from this company. After waiting for about three weeks without receiving the merchandise, I called their phone number to inquire about my order. Instead of someone contacting me about how they are resolving the issue, they sent me a 30-digit tracking number for ***** When I entered the number it showed that the shipping status of the item has not been updated since May 24. Every time I track the item online it gives me the same information. Finally, I took the information to our local ************ When they ran the number through their system they found out the number was suspicious. According to the **** their tracking number is not 30 digits. Besides, they said, the information they generated appeared to have been put together by the business itself, a problem they say happens all the time. I believe I have been scammed. I want my money back and this business exposed. My order number is *****.Initial Complaint

Date of the transaction January 17, 2023 The amount of money you paid the business $98.99 What Business Promised to Provide Hair products that I expected to be delivered within 3 days as stated on their website. I needed the products no later than January 27, 2023. Nature of the dispute Products took 2 weeks to arrive. After a week of not receiving the products, I contacted the vendor and requested to cancel my order, and refund my money due to their service failure. I needed the products no later than January 27, 2023. I was traveling out of town January 28, 2023, and the products were going to be gift for my niece’s graduation from cosmetology school. The package did not arrive until 8 p.m. on January 31, 2023. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem The company (Elite Hair Care Hair) provided me a RA (Return Authorization). I returned the package unopened in its original packaging. All items could be resold and the company received all items. The company sent me a gift card that can only be utilized on their company’s website. The gift card is useless to me as I have no desire to purchase any items from this company. I contacted the company requesting a refund and the company has refused to respond. I am seeking a "refund" in the amount of $98.99. I went on August 262022 to pickup all mail and package at that USPS POST OFFICE GENERAL DELIVERY ADDRESS AND WAS TOLD I HAD NOTHING THERE. THE MAIL I HAVE COMING THERE AARP AND OTHER GOVERNMENT MAIL . BUT THE PACKAGE FROM ELITE HAIR CARE USA WAS THERE I USED THE SHOP APP IT KEEPS TRACKING OF ALL PACKAGE UNTIL IT'S DELIVERED. AND NOW I LIVE CHAT THAT COMPANY AND THEY SAID THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED I REFUSED IT . AND I HAVE IT ALL SCREENSHOT CONVERSATION.And I WAS GIVEN A STORE CREDIT IF $133.45 I WANT A FULL REFUND ON MY DEBIT CARD ********** ENDING IN ***** OF $150.00 WANT I ORIGINALLY PAID FOR IT ALL INCLUDING INSURANCE.Initial Complaint

I ordered $150.00 Dollar in merchandise from her website on the date of April 27, 2022 . And I contacted her too many times. About the shipping of the merchandise . And she kept saying waiting until 7- 10 days. It's now been three weeks. And still no merchandise. A full refund of the v$150.00 I paid her back to my Mastercard ***** .
