  I am writing to file a formal complaint against the Millionaire Mama Club/****** ***** Inc. regarding my membership experience. I joined the club as a founding member in late 2022, paying a substantial fee of $10,000. The club's founder, ****** *****, presented herself as an accomplished house flipper and promised assistance with my renovation projects, which led to my enrollment. Unfortunately, the club's activities diverged significantly from its promises. What was initially advertised as a platform for active investors evolved into discussions centered on passive investment strategies. The educational Zoom classes, a core offering, were frequently canceled, resulting in a substantial waste of time. The club's overall disorganization became apparent, and the detailed deal analyses, a key selling point, were conspicuously absent. My confidence in ******'s expertise eroded as I cross-referenced her claims against factual information. Her assertions about county growth and insurance laws were inaccuracies that raised concerns about her credibility. I undertook extensive research to validate her claimed history of numerous property flips, only to find a scant few records supporting her assertions. Furthermore, I have learned of fellow investors who faced financial mismanagement and endured bullying tactics by ******. When I sought clarification on her experience and questioned her credibility, I was inexplicably removed from the club. Subsequently, I formally requested a refund of my membership fee, which remains unresolved. In light of these unsettling circumstances, I am seeking your intervention to facilitate a refund of the $10,000 fee I paid to the Millionaire Mama Club. I trust that the BBB can ensure a fair resolution to this matter. The club has since been shut down and I still have not received a refund of $10,000. Thank you for your attention to this complaint.

  It looks like the Millionaire Mama Club was shut down.  The ****** **** is gone and the ******************* **** is just a landing page with no links.  The ******** **** is not listed.  I still have not received a refund and it seems that this investment club was a classic scam.  I hope the other members have gotten their money back, but I doubt it, since she basically stole our money and shut it down.
