I was seeking a reliable biohazard company who come out to properly dispose of our sharps/needles at our new med spa. On January 11th 2024, I signed the WasteX service agreement. The agreement entailed the driver pick up to be made monthly. I have been contacting this company since I have signed the agreement that no driver has come out to service us. I have had many phone calls, emails and communications with various people on their team about this issue. I have mainly been in contact with ******** the billing manager, with no resolution of this issue. At one point she claimed she reached out to logistics and has changed my delivery schedule a few times but the end result was the same, no service was being done for my med spa. No driver has come to pick up any of our biohazard items. We have been paying their company monthly, without being serviced. Their agreement states in order to terminate, I would have to pay 50% of the cancellation fee, which would be $5,648. This would not be fair to pay as we have not been serviced. This company claims to have come out three times but I have been present every day and have not seen any one from there company. They sent photos from one delivery attempt but the photos provided were old ****** Image photos (showed the previous owner's old sign), it was not a true in-person photo that was taken. I want to be refunded the total amount we have paid so far which is the $ 942.48 (invoices have been attached), as well as complete termintation from this company without paying the 50% cancellation fee.Customer response

WasteX has been the medical waste removal company we signed a contract with in 2023. We have tried contacting them for the last month through email and phone calls. We have left voicemails and we have tried contacting them through their website "contact us" button. There have been no responses, they are still charging us. We want the service cancelled. We are supposed to notify them and we did. They never responded to any form of communication.Customer response

Hallelujah indeed! Yes, it has been resolved thankfully, not without unnecessary stress and frustration on our part but I think filing a complaint with you guys and having our attorney tell them about what they're doing breaks laws in **, I think that helped.

Hello,
We would like to note that the customer requested to terminate their contract that had 30 months remaining. The contract terms include clearly note that early termination is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We waived that fee for the customer.
