We paid a deposit to Southern Storm & Security, Inc. for **************** Screens and Roll Down Shutter on March 28, 2023. We were told **** weeks. They started the project and never showed up after that. We have called and emailed throughout the summer, they responded with every excuses Finally in October we gave a hard deadline to complete or requesting a refund. They responded that "if they did not have this done that following week they would refunded us our ********-4 weeks later NOTHING! Now they deliberately won't answer emails, texts or phone calls. We want our refund, our house is left without hurricane protection.Initial Complaint

Contracted Southern Storm and Security Inc. for the installation of Progressive Defender Motorized Roll-Down Hurricane Fabric Screen Shutters. Contractor took a deposit of $6705 in June 20th, 2022 and quoted installation in 8 to 10 weeks. Mr. C******** stopped communicating with me for the past two months. He has not answered voicemails and emails.I want my $6705 deposit reimbursed for breach of contract.Customer response

I was able to get my bank to debit their mc account and get my deposit back
