Can't believe it take so long to withdraw your own money. Other loans giving you money within a day or 2 ************ will have you bankrupt waiting on your withdrawal..No way it should take 3 weeks to receive your own moneySlavic401k.com Response

They lie! Called yesterday and they lady said my check was overnighted with ****** she even put me on hold to double check)and I would get it today 09-06-2024. I called today to get a tracking number, and the *** said it hasn't even been sent! Wait What!?!?!? He said it would be another 3-5 days! Huh?!?!? It says on my portal it's been completed, what's been completed? I did the withdrawal on 08-13-2024, it says ***** business days, and add 1-3 days if having it sent overnight. None of what they say makes sense . The straight up lie was the worst! Please start telling the truth! Also please look back on the phone call transcripts from 09-05-2024 when I called and spoke to customer service! She straight up lied!!!Slavic401k.com Response

The last time I requested a distribution was in April. It was canceled because they said I could only make one distribution per year. I showed them in the contract that it said if you're over 59.5 years, you can make one distribution per calendar year. They agreed. It dragged on and on, but I eventually go the distribution through. August 12, 2024, I filed for another distribution. Ten days later, my request was canceled because, "you're only allowed one distribution per year". I called on August 23, to point out again what our contract says. I was told that yes, I was right and that Y*** had no idea why I was told that. I asked for an expedited remedy. On August 28, I had received no phone call, no emails and no texts from Slavic to indicate that they were rectifying their mistake. So, I called and got the same story. Yes, I can make monthly distributions. Yes, the person who canceled my request had made a mistake. Yes, I should have received some communication within two business days. The bottom line is that they have my money and don't want to give it to me. I am now at 16 days and this organization cannot correctly process a simple transaction. They have an informational Teams meeting coming up. I hope the presenter will first teach the employees there how to do distributions.Slavic401k.com Response

I think this company should be investigated .. I am the trustee for a client of theirs who passed and was told to fill out the paperwork they emailed me. Which I did and sent all information they asked for.. they would mail a check to the trust which they did not.. Now when I call it looks as if theyve blocked my number..Slavic401k.com Response

started process to roll over company matching 401k Feb 16. Per website process should take ***** business days(3 weeks tops). it is now March 26 and still no check received by my **** Received email March 18 stating distribution (check) sent and will be received 7-10 days. Presently I'm on hold 25 minutes asking when was check sent. It was confirmed March 18 check was mailed and now 7 days later still not received. I have issue with a check mailed from ******* to ********** taking over a week. So now I'm being told if check does not arrive by Friday/Monday Slavic will issue new check and I can have it overnighted with tracking info for a FEE. I wonder who has been earning interest on my money while waiting for check to show up.Slavic401k.com Response

The issue stemmed from your former company no longer being in business and we were unable to get the required verifications of your employment dates before we could legally release the funds. We have since received the required verification and the funds were mailed to you via standard mail. As agreed upon on a phone call with our service ambassador, if you do not receive the check today, we will stop and reissue the check via overnight mail and cover the expenses as a courtesy. Slavic is absolutely the worst!!! Its taken a week to do a simple update for my status just to even take out a withdrawal. Ive been getting the run around for a week and still nothing! Im dreading even having to go through the withdrawal process with them because if it takes this long just to update something simple in their system, I cant imagine how long itll take when they actually have to do something significant like take my money out. Ive dealt with numerous investment companies and Ive never encountered issues like this before.Slavic401k.com Response

My company is merging to a new 401k company due to private equity buyout. Ive been trying for 3 weeks to get a loan for Christmas, with no luck. Ive called and received the run around. Our HR has called and sent emails. They wait until the grey area to respond back. Now its within 15 days of the blackout date and theres nothing they can do. Very unprofessional.
