This is a fraudulent website/company who do not work directly with the doctor's ******* The doctor's ***** was very friendly and explained the process to me and when I was told I would need to be enrolled and settled with a different regular practitioner in order to provide documentation they opted to cancel the appointment and I was to be issued a full refund as the appointment hadn't even occurred and is several days out. They did not know who or what I was referring to and stated it must have been a third party site. I had to search for these people just to get contact info and was told that the consultant fee was none refundable even though the appointment never occurred and they told me I could recieve a full refund with no issues. At this point I'm beyond aggravated because theore I research this company the more complaints I find and they state they are leaf well recommended company and they are not. I've filed a fraud report with my credit card company as well as a police report against them. Only talk directly with the actual doctor's ****** and utilize the state website for information and official sites. These people are full on scam artists.Business response

Hi BBB department,
Thanks for reaching out to us and informing us about AZ patient Tealjoy Groove. According to our investigation, the patient called our ************************ a day before the medical provider sent an update that they were canceling the patient's appointment and that the patient might be eligible for a refund if it couldn't be rescheduled. The ************* representative provided our refund policy and has offered to reschedule if it's possible, but the call got disconnected or the patient hung up due to frustration.
The provider's office in ******* just sent ** an email today stating the cancellation of the patient's appointment due to a lack of medical records to support her condition. If this had been updated or sent to us the same day that the patient called our customer care support, we could have honored their refund request during that interaction. We will definitely reach out to the patient and process the proper refund of their appointment payments.

Used this service to apply for a medical Mar card in **. They reached out in Jan to renew and I agreed and paid for the service. Once complete and the doctor approved, he stated they were too early send into the *********** for renewal and he would do so once he was able to. He never called in the approval and I could not get my card renewed. I have To pay another service to do it again and I received no explanation or refund from the company for not certifying me with the state. They fail to provide the service in which I paid for.Business response
